Gym Nastiness
Played squash last night.
At the end of the game decided to have an experiment.
I jumped on the scales: 114.2kg
I then took my shirt off and got back on the scales: 113.5kg
Geeze I sweat a bit.
Oh and I apoligise to the people in the gym for you having to see me with out a shirt on.

That’s a little scary. Hope put it all back in! (and I don’t mean that you wrung out that shirt and drank what you found - that sounds so gross, but funny and something I can picture in my head, not you, but a person in general doing) :-)
